In this training video, we’re going to show you how to differentiate callers from users join on a computer during a Skype for Business meeting.

Differentiating callers from users joined on a computer

  • Within the meeting window, participants will be displayed either with their picture, a picture of a phone, or a picture of a person:
    • User’s picture – this participant has joined from their Skype for Business account on their computer.
    • Picture of phone – This participant has dialed in from their phone. They will not be able to see any content shared
    • Picture of person – This participant has joined using the Skype for business Web App. They will be able to see any content shared.
