How To Join A Meeting In Skype for Business

In this training video, we’re going to show you how to join a Skype for Business meeting.

How to join a Skype meeting with Skype for Business already installed

  1. Open your Calendar and select the meeting you want to join
  2. Click the “Join Skype Meeting” icon or link to start the meeting
  3. Select to join the meeting with Skype for Business Audio, to call your phone, or Don’t join audio, then click OK
  4. You’re now on the call.
  5. Click the End Call (red) button to leave the meeting once it is over.
