In this training video, we’re going to show you how to reset a voicemail PIN for eXos users in Skype for Business.
Resetting voicemail PIN for eXos users in Skype for Business
- Open SfB and click the Phone icon
- On the bottom right, click the “See Voicemail Options” button à Click Set Up Voice Mail
- It will open up https://mail.exoscloud.com/owa in a web browser, type in your credentials and click sign in
- From there, it will take you to your Voicemail settings. Click “Reset PIN” on the left à Click Reset my voice mail PIN
- When prompted, click Yes
- An email with instructions will be sent to you
You can then dial your voicemail (access number) to access your voicemail with the temporary PIN.
Upon logging in to your voicemail, it will prompt you to use the temporary PIN and then change it to a new one.
